The Business Development Associate is responsible for selling Zeraki’s educational technology products to schools across Kenya. The role includes onboarding new customers, supporting existing users, gathering feedback, and contributing to strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining Zeraki’s position as a leading EdTech brand in Africa. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Zeraki’s educational technology solutions to schools across Kenya.
Onboard new customers and support them through product adoption.
Provide continuous support to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to inform product and strategy improvements.
Work towards achieving and exceeding set sales targets in a demanding environment.
Represent Zeraki professionally and uphold company values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong passion for education and EdTech innovation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with schools.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High levels of resilience and the ability to recover quickly from unsuccessful sales attempts.
No prior experience required; however, experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
