The Operations Manager is responsible for designing and leading a seamless customer journey across three stores, ensuring the consistent delivery of beautiful curtains within 3 to 5 days. This role oversees multi store operations, team performance, process efficiency, and client satisfaction while supporting stores at different growth stages.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations across three stores to ensure consistent service quality and on time delivery.
Own and continuously improve the end to end customer journey from order intake to installation.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across consultation, production, and fulfillment.
Lead, coach, and develop department heads and operational teams while managing hiring and induction.
Safeguard client experience by resolving complaints and converting issues into loyalty opportunities.
Implement effective inventory systems to prevent stock outs and optimize fast moving products.
Drive process improvements that reduce waste, delays, and operational costs.
Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand reputation through excellent service delivery.
Ensure departments operate within budget while meeting performance targets.
Establish quality control standards to reduce damage and protect profit margins.
Translate business goals into clear operational execution plans.
Prepare weekly operational reports with insights and improvement recommendations for leadership review.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience managing operations across multiple locations.
Strong leadership and coaching ability with experience developing high performing teams.
Data driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills in fast paced environments.

Compensation
Gross salary of Ksh 80,000 per month.
Quarterly performance bonus based on delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
