The successful candidates will support sales growth, distribution and activation activities, conduct field visits, supervise field operations, coordinate stock movement and ensure accurate reporting. Summary of the Role

Van Sales Representatives will support the achievement of sales, distribution and activation targets while coordinating field activities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Ensure achievement of sales, distribution and activation targets.
Conduct field visits for coaching, audits and support.
Ensure accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Handle customer and outlet escalations within the assigned region.
Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams.
Enforce company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales or field team supervision.
Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or General Trade is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel and mobile applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
