Job Profile and Purpose

The Regional Liaison Officer will lead regional operations, drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion, identify new business opportunities, manage regional resources efficiently, and build partnerships with key stakeholders. The role also involves overseeing regional services and programmes, growing volunteer membership, monitoring performance and coordinating regional activities with Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional operations.
Drive revenue growth, business development and market expansion within the region.
Identify new business opportunities within the region.
Manage financial, human, physical and operational resources efficiently within the region.
Build partnerships with county government, corporates, schools, healthcare institutions, NGOs and communities within the region.
Oversee training, ambulance services, first aid products and community programmes within the region.
Lead volunteer recruitment, coordination and membership growth within the region.
Monitor performance, service quality, compliance and customer satisfaction within the region.
Prepare timely reports and coordinate regional activities with Head Office.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Community Development or a related field.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business management, regional operations, business development or stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to grow revenue, develop markets and deliver results.
Strong understanding of business operations and resource management.
Excellent leadership, financial management, planning and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Experience in healthcare, emergency response or volunteer management is desirable.
