HEINEKEN Beverages International is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of Store Clerk HQ in Kiambu, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and dispatching dry goods, maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper custody of warehouse materials, and adhering to stock management procedures in line with KWAL and Heineken's organisational goals and objectives.

Summary of the Role

Receive inbound finished goods from other warehouses while confirming the accuracy and condition of goods in accordance with the stock management policy.
Maintain an accurate and up to date system for recording all stock movements in the assigned warehouse at all times.
Ensure accurate dispatch of outbound full goods to company depots and warehouses, clients' duty free outlets, and export trade in accordance with invoices, dispatch notes and stock transfer orders.
Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly stocktakes of all warehouse stock and promptly account for any observed stock variances in accordance with established stock procedures.
Ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse at all times.
Strictly observe and adhere to First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) rules to eliminate expiries of shelf life products in accordance with stock policies and procedures.
