Hardware SACCO Ltd is seeking to recruit two (2) dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agents to join its team and drive growth in membership and product uptake.

Position Details

Position: Sales Agents (2 Positions).
Employer: Hardware SACCO Ltd.
Location: Miritini Estate - Mombasa, Kenya.
Deadline: September 20, 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit new SACCO members and promote SACCO products and services.
Meet monthly targets for membership growth and savings mobilization.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Collect market feedback and report to the Marketing Officer/Management.
Uphold the SACCO's values of integrity, professionalism and customer service.

Minimum Requirements

KCSE Certificate (Form 4).
Any additional qualification in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
Experience in sales or marketing in the financial sector is desirable but not mandatory.

Attractive commission-based remuneration.
Training and continuous support provided.
