Liberty Life Assurance Kenya Ltd is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Team Leader - Alternative Channels. The successful candidates will provide leadership to Sales Officers seconded to strategic business partners, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster strong partner relationships.

Position Details

Position: Team Leader - Alternative Channels.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, mentor and supervise Sales Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive team performance by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations to support business growth.
Provide leadership, motivation and day-to-day guidance to Sales Officers.
Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit timely sales and performance reports.
Represent Liberty Life professionally and uphold the Company’s values.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of three years leadership experience in retail life insurance sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority licence.
