Liberty Life Assurance Kenya Ltd is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Sales Officer - Alternative Channels. The successful candidates will be seconded to strategic business partners to drive the growth of the retail life insurance portfolio while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

Position: Sales Officer - Alternative Channels.

Duty Stations: Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Kericho, Bomet, Kitale, Embu, Meru, Rongai, Thika, Nyahururu, Limuru, Machakos, Kitengela, Kitui.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
Prospect, engage and convert customers within designated partner locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partner staff.
Provide professional financial and insurance advisory services to clients.
Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely sales reports.
Participate in sales activations, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Represent Liberty Life professionally and uphold the Company’s values.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
A bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of one year sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Certificate of Proficiency, ECOP or other relevant insurance qualifications.
Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority licence.

Good digital literacy and ability to use digital sales platforms.
