The successful candidates will engage customers, drive sales, promote products and help the company achieve its sales targets. Position Details

Position: Motorbike Sales Representatives (MSR).

Reports To: Project Lead.
Location: Nairobi and Lakeside Region.
Nairobi Deployment: 2 representatives covering Kibera and Kiambu.
Lakeside Deployment: 1 representative covering Kisumu and Migori.

Summary of the Role

Motorbike Sales Representatives will engage customers, promote products and drive sales within their assigned regions. The successful candidates should be passionate about sales, capable of converting customer interest into purchases and committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key expectations include:

Promote products and convert customer interest into actual purchases.
Apply strong sales and marketing skills to drive product sales.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be aged 24 years and above.
Minimum of three (3) years of riding experience.
Must possess a valid driving licence (DL).
Must have a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate.
Certificate course in Sales or Marketing, or at least two (2) years of experience as a Field Sales Representative (FSR) or Merchandiser.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently, eloquently and persuasively.
Presentable, positive and flexible with time and location.
Strong sales and marketing skills.
Friendly, reliable and disciplined, with a high sense of integrity.
Tech-savvy and goal-oriented.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
