Treasure Communications Limited is seeking to recruit energetic, resilient and motivated candidates for the position of Bicycle Sales Representatives to support wholesalers by selling tissue products using bicycles across Eastlands. Successful candidates will be assigned to specific estates, where they will engage customers, drive sales and maximize product movement within their assigned territories.

Position Details

Position: Bicycle Sales Representatives.
Hiring Company: Treasure Communications Limited.
Location: Eastlands, including Umoja, Utawala, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela, Buruburu, Kariobangi, Kayole and Komarocks.
Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 to 15,000.
Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold.
Contract Duration: 1 year.

Summary of the Role

Bicycle Sales Representatives will support wholesalers by selling tissue products using bicycles within their assigned estates. The role involves driving sales growth, building customer relationships and increasing the company's market presence. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Develop channel sales strategies to drive product sales within the assigned territory.
Sell tissue products using bicycles across the assigned estate.
Engage customers and build relationships with new and existing clients.
Support wholesalers in selling tissue products and maximizing product movement within the assigned area.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results.
Apply effective negotiation skills and sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
Drive sales growth and increase the company's market presence within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be aged between 21 and 30 years.
Must be male.
Must own a smartphone.
Must know how to ride a bicycle confidently.
Strong sales drive and resilience.
Ability to work independently within an assigned territory.
Solid understanding of sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.

Area of Deployment

Each Bicycle Sales Representative will be assigned to one estate within Eastlands. The areas of deployment are:

Umoja.
Utawala.
Syokimau.
Athi River.
Kitengela.
Buruburu.
Kariobangi.
Kayole.
Komarocks.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Retainer: Ksh 10,000 to 15,000.
Commission: Ksh 30 per carton sold.
Contract Duration: 1 year.
