Fair Acres Boutique Hotel is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, friendly and customer-focused front office and guest services.
Position: Receptionist.
Employer: Fair Acres Boutique Hotel.
Location: Hekima Rd, Off Fair Acres Road, Karen, Nairobi.
Diploma or Degree from a recognized hospitality institution.
Minimum three (3) years' experience in Front Office and Reservations.
Conversant with Hotelwise Hotel Management System.
Fluency in a foreign language will be an added advantage, including French, Spanish, German, Italian, among others.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of hotel reservations and front office operations.
Professional, well-presented, organized and guest-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
