Hotel Sapphire is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Chief Steward. The successful candidate will supervise and motivate the stewarding team, maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards, and ensure cleanliness and attention to detail in a busy kitchen environment.
Position: Assistant Chief Steward.
Employer: Hotel Sapphire.
Location: Mombasa, Kenya.
Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Production or any other related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in stewarding or a similar hospitality role, with supervisory experience an added advantage.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a busy kitchen environment.
Ability to work under pressure with attention to cleanliness and detail.
