The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Dentist (Part-time) to support the delivery of quality dental care across its dental units.

Dental Units: Kitengela, Umoja 1, Kimathi Street CBD, Kahawa West, Kariobangi South, Langata, and Utawala Benedicta.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop clear treatment plans.
Perform a range of clinical dental procedures to restore and maintain oral health.
Provide patient-centred education on preventive care and oral hygiene.
Work alongside Community Oral Health Officers and the broader clinical team.
Mentor and support junior dental staff, including Community Oral Health Officers.
Ensure compliance with infection control, regulatory, and quality standards.
Contribute to community outreach initiatives that improve access to dental care.

Qualifications

A Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognised institution.
Registration and a valid practising licence with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a dental practice.
Clear communication skills and the ability to put patients at ease.
Ability and willingness to mentor junior dental staff.
Commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
Ability to undertake meaningful clinical work alongside other commitments.
