Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Front Office, Customer Service, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Swahili.
Professional, trustworthy, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in animal welfare.
Ability to work effectively with veterinarians and other clinic staff, including weekends or public holidays where required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Warm and professional personality.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy clinic environment.
Computer literacy.
Previous reception or front-office experience is an added advantage.
Passion for animals.
