CHS Alliance is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Head of Engagement Membership and Communications. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the Alliance's membership, engagement, communications, and training portfolio while strengthening relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders globally.

Position Details

Position: Head of Engagement Membership and Communications.
Employer: CHS Alliance.
Reports To: Executive Director.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya.
Employment Type: Full Time National Contract hosted by a third party NGO.
Salary: Ksh 567,000 to Ksh 897,000 gross per month depending on experience.
Start Date: As soon as possible, ideally in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Qualifications

University degree in Business, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
At least ten years of experience in membership, communications, or service delivery, including senior leadership experience.
Strong experience managing membership services, training programmes, or learning communities.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and programme management skills.
Experience with digital communication tools and willingness to use AI assisted tools in communications and productivity.
Eligibility to work in Kenya.
