Job Profile and Purpose

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying and developing business opportunities for the company's imaging portfolio, and supporting the entire sales process from lead generation to contract or sale closure. The position also involves sales reporting, territory planning and effective customer relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers to promote brand loyalty.
Identify and develop business opportunities for the company's imaging portfolio.
Support sales activities throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract or sale closure.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports detailing progress, challenges and improvement plans.
Strategically plan daily, weekly and monthly routes within the assigned region to maximise customer visits and territory coverage.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a business-related course.
At least two (2) years of proven sales experience.
Excellent organisational and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Valid driving licence and more than two (2) years of driving experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, balance territory route plans and manage time effectively.
