The successful candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper housekeeping standards within correctional facilities while working under the supervision of a senior officer.

Key Responsibilities

Dust and clean rooms and corridors.
Spread and make beds.
Wash cleaning materials and equipment.
Replenish cleaning materials and supplies.
Wash linen and guest laundry.
Iron guest laundry and linen.
Ensure proper storage of all equipment used.

Qualifications

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a minimum mean grade of D plain or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Formal training lasting at least two months in Housekeeping or Laundry, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
No previous work experience is required.
