ChildFund International is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Specialist II, Resource Mobilisation. The successful candidate will support global resource mobilization efforts by identifying funding opportunities, coordinating proposal development, managing donor intelligence, and strengthening business development processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, resource mobilization, grants acquisition, or proposal development within an international NGO.
Experience supporting proposal development for US government, bilateral, multilateral, corporate, or foundation donors.
At least 2 years of experience in opportunity sourcing and donor intelligence.
Experience using SharePoint and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Strong technical writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish or French proficiency is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and analyze funding opportunities from various donor platforms.
Support proposal development, donor engagement, and business intelligence research.
Coordinate proposal processes, meetings, documentation, and submission timelines.
Maintain donor intelligence repositories and improve proposal knowledge management.
Monitor resource mobilization pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Develop resource mobilization tools, templates, and staff training materials.
Ensure compliance with ChildFund's safeguarding policies and organizational standards.
