The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and research in Educational Psychology and related areas, supervising research projects, participating in academic activities, and conducting research in Educational Psychology, learning, human development and related areas.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching and research in Educational Psychology and related areas, covering four courses per semester.
Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in Educational Psychology and related disciplines.
Providing results of assignments, tests and examinations for recording.
Setting and marking assignments, tests and examinations.
Participating in academic seminars, workshops, conferences and departmental activities.
Conducting research in Educational Psychology, learning, human development and related areas.

Qualifications and Skills

An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification in Educational Psychology, Psychology, Education or a relevant field from an accredited and recognized University.
Ability to use modern teaching methods and E-Learning tools.
At least three (3) years teaching experience at University level or experience in research or industry.
Registered with the relevant professional body, where applicable.
A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points, of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed journal papers.
Ability to organize academic seminars, workshops and conferences.
