Job Purpose
This position is responsible for implementing and supporting the global cybersecurity strategy at KWAL, in alignment with HEINEKEN's cybersecurity framework. The goal is to reduce the risk of cybersecurity incidents, while fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
Implement global security standards and procedures with KWAL, D&T, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist in the design of controls, standards, and procedures with operational cybersecurity teams.
Conduct risk reviews for new local programs/services, ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN’s security standards.
Participate in compliance assessments of KWAL against the Information Security Standard (ISS).
Act as an ICT and PCD Security Advisor for KWAL, supporting IT security breach handling and new initiatives.
Assist with digital investigations as needed by local teams.
Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
Help develop and annually review/test DR/BCP plans.
Collaborate with teams to resolve security incidents and support incident response.
Vulnerability Management
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing regularly.
Identify and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and assist in remediation efforts.
Monitor security alerts and conduct threat intelligence research to stay updated on emerging threats.
Security Policy and Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and policies.
Assist in developing PCD security and D&T policies, procedures, and standards.
Security Awareness
Assist with ICT and PCD Security Awareness campaigns within KWAL.
Conduct security training for employees and support ongoing educational initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and mitigation efforts.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Professional Certifications
IT Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+, FortiGate certification).
Relevant certifications like Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (Security), CCNP, or equivalent.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and 3+ years in cybersecurity, including handling security incidents and auditing.
Experience with global security controls and frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Competencies
Technical Competencies: Familiarity with ICT technology, risk management, data security, and system integration.
Behavioral Competencies: A commitment to enhancing processes, innovative thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
