Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) is a State Corporation established under the KBC Act (Cap. 221) under the Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy. The Corporation is dedicated to delivering quality radio, television, and digital media services that inform, educate, and entertain the public. KBC invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals for an internship opportunity within the Television Services Department for a maximum period of twelve (12) months (non-renewable).
Internship Position
Department: Television Services Department (Production)
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 12 months (non-renewable)
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Television Production from a recognized institution.
Must be computer literate.
Strong writing, creativity, editing, and analytical skills.
Other Requirements
Kenyan youth aged between 21 and 34 years.
Graduated from a recognized college or university not earlier than 2020.
Must attach the following to the application:

– Updated curriculum vitae
– National identity card or valid passport
– Application letter
Documents Required Upon Successful Selection
Personal accident insurance cover for the entire internship period.
Medical insurance certificate (SHA or from a reputable insurer).
Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN certificate.
National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card.
Two (2) colored passport-size photographs.
Bank account details.
Recommendation or reference letter from the learning institution attended.
Certificate of Good Conduct.
