Jonerics Cargo Forwarders Limited is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Workshop Supervisor - Mazeras. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, vehicle maintenance and repairs, fleet maintenance, workshop staff and related resources.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely and quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for the company fleet.
Supervise mechanics and workshop staff, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure availability of spare parts, tools and equipment, and manage inventory and procurement needs.
Diagnose recurring mechanical issues and implement corrective measures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs and repair reports.
Enforce workshop safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Control workshop costs and identify opportunities to reduce downtime and expenses.
Liaise with the operations team to minimise vehicle downtime and support fleet availability.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Applicants must be 40 years and above.
Proven experience managing a vehicle workshop or fleet maintenance operation.
Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of heavy commercial vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, hydraulics and electrical systems.
High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
