Job Profile and Purpose

The Marketing and Sales Executives will be responsible for supporting Telepost DT SACCO's business growth through recruiting and retaining members, mobilising savings and deposits, generating quality loan business and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with the SACCO's policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit new members and implement initiatives to attract and grow the SACCO's membership base.
Retain existing members by supporting member engagement and maintaining strong relationships.
Mobilise savings and deposits to support the SACCO's growth and financial performance.
Generate quality loan business in line with the SACCO's lending requirements.
Monitor sales and business development performance against set targets.
Prepare and submit performance reports as required.
Ensure compliance with SACCO policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, banking or SACCO operations will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be currently residing within the region for which they are applying.

Rift Valley Region.
Coast Region.
Central Region.
Western Region.
