Job Purpose

Support the sales team by coordinating client interactions, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth sales operations to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales documentation including offers, agreements, and records.
Respond to client inquiries on products, pricing and availability.
Maintain and update customer databases accurately.
Support lead follow-ups and sales pipeline tracking.
Coordinate site visits and property viewings.
Assist in invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation.
Maintain organized filing systems for all transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, administration or customer service.
Real estate experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
