Ukristo na Ufanisi DT Sacco Limited is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Direct Sales Representative (DSR). The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business and members within the assigned sales location through outbound calls and door to door visits to market the Sacco products, explain product benefits, and provide a customer centric experience to existing and prospective members.

Position Details

Position: Direct Sales Representative (DSR).
Employer: Ukristo na Ufanisi DT Sacco Limited.
Nature of Engagement: Performance based renewable six months contract.
Remuneration: Retainer and commission based on recruitments and loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door to door direct selling of all the Sacco FOSA and BOSA products and services and educate members on alternative banking channels and digital platforms.
Convince dormant members to activate their accounts.
Provide excellent customer service.
Seek customer feedback on Sacco products and services.
Participate in product and marketing campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers.
Provide regular sales reports.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

Qualifications

Diploma in sales and marketing, sales, business development, or a business related field from a recognized institution.
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client relationship management.
Proficiency in computer skills.
