Tower Sacco is seeking to recruit a qualified, creative and results-oriented individual for the position of Digital Marketing Officer to plan, implement and manage online marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage target audiences and drive customer conversions across digital channels.

Job Profile and Purpose

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing and managing online marketing strategies that build brand awareness, engage target audiences and drive customer conversions across digital channels.

Responsibilities

Execute digital marketing tasks.
Engage with online audiences and respond to comments and replies.
Generate new and creative content ideas to market the SACCO's products and services.
Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders and contribute to website design.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across social channels such as Facebook, X, TikTok, Google Plus, Instagram and YouTube.
Identify, analyse and measure content trends to assess performance and optimise user experience.
Assist in creating and maintaining a library of short audio and visual advertisement clips for all products and services.
Grow membership subscriptions through the various SACCO digital channels.
Research, track and analyse customer behaviour and trends, and incorporate research findings into digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective marketing campaigns, develop innovative growth strategies and apply marketing techniques to achieve overall marketing targets.
Assist in developing and monitoring campaign budgets.
Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and implement them in line with the SACCO's marketing campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, together with certification in digital marketing, such as Google Certified Professional, or a diploma in digital content creation.
Good working knowledge of Google Webmaster, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
A certificate in digital marketing is an added advantage.
Working knowledge of computerised office applications.
KCSE minimum qualification of C plain, with C plain in English and Mathematics.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital media marketing, social media management or email marketing.
