Jubilee Life Insurance Limited is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Sales Intern. The successful candidate will distribute Jubilee Life solutions, serve customers introduced to the company, prospect for prospective customers, and support the growth of Jubilee Life market share in Kenya.

Position Details

Position: Sales Intern.
Employer: Jubilee Life Insurance Limited.
Locations: Nairobi, Mombasa, Thika, Nyeri, Meru, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Kisii.
Reporting To: Sales Manager.

Role Responsibilities

Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and how to distribute them.
Prospect in the market to present Jubilee products to prospective customers.
Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company.
Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the Company.
Uphold the image and brand of the Company.
Achieve the new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies, Annualized Premiums, Persistency and premiums written targets for both new and renewal business.
Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation and market deployment.
Comply with industry code of conduct, Company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing the activities of the trade.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years.
Graduate, Diploma or Certificate Holder.
Minimum Grade C- in KCSE.
IT and Digital skills.
Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined and a go-getter.
