Kenya Power is inviting applications from continuing students for its Industrial Attachment Programme for the September to November 2026 intake. The attachment programme is designed to provide eligible students with hands on work experience and practical skills to enhance their employability. Successful applicants will be placed in various departments for a maximum period of three (3) months.

Programme Details

Programme: Industrial Attachment Programme.
Intake Period: September to November 2026.
Duration: Maximum of three (3) months.
Employer: Kenya Power.

Eligible Programmes

Bachelor's Degree programmes in Technical and Non Technical fields.
Diploma programmes in Technical and Non Technical fields.
Craft Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Power Option).
Craft Certificate in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Craft Certificate in Building and Civil Engineering.
Craft Certificate in Plumbing.

Note: There are no attachment opportunities for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related courses during this intake.

Requirements

Be available on a full time basis for the entire three (3) month attachment period.
Be a continuing student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Craft Certificate in the eligible fields at an accredited learning institution.
Possess a valid introduction letter from the respective learning institution.
Have valid personal accident insurance cover for the entire attachment period.
