Role Overview:
This position is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and continuously optimizing the
Shared Services operations within Equity Bank Kenya Limited (EBKL).
The role provides strategic leadership in designing efficient, scalable, and sustainable shared services frameworks that support the bank’s operational excellence and long-term growth objectives.
The Head of Reconciliations oversees the bank’s Settlements and Reconciliations processes while developing and
recommending strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
This role involves close collaboration with internal departments, senior business leaders, and external partners to
design and implement a sustainable and effective reconciliations framework aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
Role Purpose:
To provide strategic focus and performance oversight across financial and operational metrics.
The Performance Analyst manages financial performance, business operations analysis, and management information (MI) processes.
Serving as the primary liaison with other business functions, the role supports performance-related initiatives and projects.
The analyst regularly engages with the Country Branch Network to evaluate performance drivers, track progress against targets,
and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership, including the Director of Operations and Director of Retail & Branch Business.
The Digitization and Projects Manager oversees and coordinates initiatives within the Group’s Digital Operations portfolio.
This role works closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Success in this position requires strong project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively
across diverse teams.
The Business Process Re-engineering Manager (Process Modeler) is responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing
Procedure Manuals for Group Operations.
The role involves gathering and analyzing information from subject matter experts, operational documentation, and technical data
to develop structured business process models using established methodologies and Visio templates.
Additional responsibilities include facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, managing process improvement projects,
and producing comprehensive technical documentation to support operational efficiency and standardization.

Financing Innovation N Entrepreneurship (FINE) program.

of climate-resilient innovations across the region.
