Coffee Lab Nairobi is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Part-Time Social Media Manager. The successful candidate will develop and execute the company's social media strategy, create engaging content, manage digital marketing campaigns, grow online communities, and optimize the Shopify website for business growth.

Position: Part Time Social Media Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the content strategy and calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Shoot content on site at the roastery and garden café one to two times per week and edit engaging reels and posts.
Design graphics and static posts using Canva.
Cross post and adapt content across multiple platforms.
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and replies.
Track analytics and use performance data to improve future content and campaigns.
Keep the Shopify website optimized through SEO improvements, product listing updates, and current promotions.

Qualifications

Experience or strong theoretical knowledge of branding, storytelling, and audience growth.
Confidence in planning and executing social media strategies.
Proficiency with CapCut and Canva for content creation and editing.
Experience using Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of Shopify, including product listings, Shopify apps, SEO, and performance metrics.
Genuine curiosity about specialty coffee and willingness to learn about coffee producers and the coffee making process.
